📦 Booking & Availability

• Costumes can be booked via WhatsApp by clicking the Book on WhatsApp button on any costume card.
• All bookings are confirmed only after a reply from our team confirming availability.
• We recommend booking at least 2–3 days in advance to ensure your preferred costume is available.
• Availability is shown on each costume card (✅ Available / ❌ Unavailable).

💰 Pricing & Payment

• Rental price is listed as ₹ per day on each costume card.
• A security deposit may be collected depending on the costume value — refunded on return in good condition.
• Payment can be made via UPI, bank transfer, or cash on delivery (as agreed with our team).
• Multi-day discounts are available — ask us on WhatsApp for special rates.

🚚 Delivery & Return

• We deliver across India. Delivery charges apply based on your location.
• Costumes must be returned within the agreed rental period.
• Late returns will be charged at the daily rental rate for each extra day.
• Costumes are delivered in a sealed bag — please check and confirm condition on receipt.
• Return the costume in the same packaging it was delivered in.

👗 Care & Condition

• Costumes are professionally cleaned and sanitised before every rental.
• Please do not wash, bleach, or iron the costumes.
• Minor wear and tear during normal use is acceptable.
• Any stains, tears, or damage beyond normal use will be charged at the repair or replacement cost.
• If a costume is lost or irreparably damaged, the full replacement cost will be charged.

❌ Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 48+ hours before the rental start date — full refund.
• Cancellations made 24–48 hours before — 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before — no refund.
• In case of unavailability on our end, a full refund will be issued immediately.

👶 Safety & Suitability

• All costumes are made from child-safe, non-toxic materials.
• Please refer to our Size Guide before booking to ensure proper fit.
• Adult supervision is recommended while children wear costumes.
• We are not responsible for any injuries caused by improper use of costumes.

📐 How to Measure Your Child

• Chest: Measure around the fullest part of the chest, keeping the tape level.
• Waist: Measure around the natural waistline (narrowest part of the torso).
• Height: Measure from head to toe standing straight.
• Tip: If your child is between two sizes, choose the larger size for comfort.

• Fancy dress costumes are designed with slightly relaxed fit for easy wearing over clothes if needed.
• For princess gowns and robes, length is important — always check height.
• For superhero and character suits, chest measurement is the most important factor.
• Kids grow fast — if your child is at the top of a size range, go up one size.
